(the \u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cPatriot\u201d) (CSE: PMET) (OTCQB: PMETF) (FSE: R9GA) is pleased to announce that it has received conditional approval to list its common shares (the \u201cCommon Shares\u201d) for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (the \u201cTSXV\u201d). Final approval of the listing is subject to the Company fulfilling certain standard and customary conditions required by the TSXV. The Company\u2019s management team is working diligently to satisfy such listing conditions. A timeline for the listing will be announced once the Company receives final approval.<\/p>\n<p>Upon listing on the TSXV, the Common Shares will continue trading under the symbol \u201cPMET\u201d and in connection with the transition the Company will apply to delist its common shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Patriot Battery Metals Inc.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Patriot Battery Metals Inc. is a mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition and development of mineral properties containing battery, base, and precious metals.<\/p>\n<p>The Company\u2019s flagship asset is the Corvette Property, located proximal to the Trans-Taiga Road and powerline infrastructural corridor in the James Bay Region of Qu\u00e9bec.
