Ken is a Mining Engineer with nearly 30 years of experience across surface and underground mining operations, spanning mine management, production, brownfield and greenfield development, and executive and board leadership across multiple commodities. He joined Pilbara Minerals as Chief Executive Officer in January 2016, was appointed Managing Director and CEO in May of that year, and went on to lead the company’s transformation from a junior explorer into one of the world’s leading lithium raw materials producers, achieving entry to the ASX 100.

Blair is a seasoned international executive with over 35 years of experience in the resources and construction industries across Australasia, Canada, the United States, and Europe. He has worked with a wide range of commodities, including gold, copper, nickel, zinc, magnesium, graphite, cobalt, and lithium. From 2020 to 2024, he served as CEO, President, and Executive Director of Patriot Battery Metals (now PMET Resources). Before that, Mr. Way held senior executive roles with several public junior explorers, including the company that became Patriot Battery Metals. He was VP of Project Development for TSX-listed Ventana Gold in Colombia and previously served as Project Director and President of OceanaGold Philippines. Earlier in his career, he was a Project Manager with major resource companies such as BHP, Hatch Engineering, and Korea Zinc. Mr. Way holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from Acadia University in Nova Scotia, an MBA from the University of Queensland, Australia, and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Recognized as one of Canada’s leading lawyers, he has served on numerous boards, including Export Development Canada and FinDev Canada. Over his career, he has held CFO roles at several public junior mining and technology companies and previously spent nine years with Ernst & Young as Vice-President of Corporate Restructuring, where he was involved in multiple high-profile Canadian restructurings.

She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Patriot Battery Metals. She is also a member of several mining and governance boards, including the Autorités des marchés financiers Mining Advisory Committee.

She held senior roles at Xstrata and Glencore, where she became the company’s first female Industrial Lead overseeing global zinc and lead assets, and has served on the boards of Kazzinc and Trevali Mining, chairing Trevali’s Technical Committee. With a B.Sc. in Geology, an MBA, and postgraduate training from Laurentian University, she brings deep operational expertise and firsthand experience managing large-scale, capital-intensive mining projects across multiple jurisdictions.

Darren is a Professional Geologist with over 20 years of experience in mineral exploration, project management, technical reporting, land management, and community engagement. He has overseen PEA, PFS, and FS-level projects across a wide range of commodities, including rare earths, lithium, tantalum, niobium, as well as base and precious metals. Notably, Darren was instrumental in the discovery of the Ashram Rare Earth & Fluorspar Deposit in 2009 and, in 2017, led the team that identified the Corvette (now Shaakichiuwaanaan) lithium pegmatite district, home to CV5 – one of largest lithium pegmatites in the world – and CV13, host to the largest pollucite-hosted caesium pegmatite deposit in the world.

She has served as CFO of Champion Iron Ore and Roxgold Inc., where she also acted as Corporate Secretary, and brings expertise in project finance, capital markets, tax, and investor relations. A CPA with degrees in Commerce and Law, she is an Independent Director and Audit Committee member of Aya Gold and Silver Inc., a TSX-listed silver producer.

He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Wesdome Gold Mines and previously held senior leadership roles at Agnico Eagle Mines, including General Manager of the Meliadine and Goldex operations. With a Master of Science and Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from Laval University, he brings strong expertise in permitting, environmental stewardship, and operational culture transformation.

Alex is a lawyer with over 28 years of experience in mining and corporate transactions. He has held senior legal and executive roles with companies including Gryphon Minerals, Imdex, and K&L Gates LLP, and was a founding executive at Pilbara Minerals, serving as General Counsel, Chief Commercial and Legal Officer, and Company Secretary. At Pilbara, he helped guide the company’s transformation from an early-stage explorer into an ASX50 leader operating the world’s largest independently owned hard-rock lithium asset.
